In addition to the so-called “browsing data” (Internet Protocol (IP) address; type of browser and device parameters used to connect to the website; name of the internet service provider (ISP); date and time of visit; referring and exit web pages; the number of clicks.), personal data voluntarily provided by the User when interacting with the features of the Website or requesting to use the services offered on the Website may also be subject to processing. In compliance with the Privacy Code, the Data Controller may also collect the User’s personal data from third parties in the course of its activities.

The data are used for the purposes for which they were collected, unless it is reasonably possible to use them for compatible purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, personal data collected during navigation will be stored for the time necessary to carry out the specified activities. Personal data voluntarily provided by the User will be stored until the User revokes consent and will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

 

e) Scope of Communication and Disclosure

The collected data will not be disseminated and will not be disclosed without the explicit consent of the User, except for necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public entities, consultants, or other subjects provided for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
